Welcome to the Richmond Bailliage
of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs
It is my great honor to serve as the new Bailli (president) of the Bailliage de Richmond (Richmond Chapter) of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. Our chapter, established in 1979 by renowned Master Chef Paul Elbling of La Patite France restaurant fame, has a rich history of celebrating the culinary arts, fine wine, and the camaraderie that comes from gathering around the table.
Following in the footsteps of our longtime Bailli, Jacques Moore, I look forward to leading our post-pandemic renaissance. As a former restauranteur I look forward welcoming both professional and non-professional members who share a passion for exceptional food, wine, and fellowship.
The Richmond Bailliage offers a place where chefs, restaurateurs, wine professionals, and enthusiastic gourmands can connect, learn, and enjoy unique gastronomic experiences. Through the Chaine and our associated wine society, the Société Mondiale du Vin and The Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs (OMGD), we also celebrate and explore the world’s finest wines and spirits, pairing them with unforgettable dining events.
Whether you are a culinary professional seeking to expand your network, or a food and wine enthusiast looking to deepen your knowledge and experiences, I invite you to join us.
